01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by 56jili ("we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected through the 56jili website, mobile interface, games, customer support channels, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Platform").

56jili is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). 05 Data Sharing & Disclosure

5.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

56jili may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

5.3 Business Transfers

08 Data Security

As a data subject under Republic Act No. 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 56jili:

10 Children's Privacy

The 56jili Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the data, and return any deposited funds to the verified payment source. If you believe a minor has registered on the 56jili Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11 Changes to This Policy

56jili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we process your personal data or your rights as a data subject — we will notify you by email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
