01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 56jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 56jili website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 56jili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 56jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 56jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 56jili, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 56jili platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 56jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 56jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 56jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 56jili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 56jili support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 56jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

56jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 56jili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling transactions.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 56jili account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. 56jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before withdrawal; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; (d) minimum withdrawal amounts apply as published in the platform's payment information section.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

56jili complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the use of the platform as a payment processing channel.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 56jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count toward fulfillment.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

56jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 56jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 56jili's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of that round. 56jili is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers and are not subject to RNG certification. Video feeds of all live dealer sessions are recorded and retained for dispute resolution purposes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56jili platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 56jili support immediately.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction connected with criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 56jili platform — including but not limited to the 56jili name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 56jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 56jili platform without our prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 56jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 56jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

56jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 56jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 56jili makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10 Responsible Gaming

56jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from 56jili. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and may be extended upon request.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

56jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not due to breach or fraud), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 56jili support via live chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 56jili platform shall first be submitted to 56jili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 56jili with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
